ShopeePay is looking for someone for our Budgeting & Planning Team with details as per below:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
-Do forecasting, planning & analysis on firm’s key performance & financial metrics (txn, cost, user), for ShopeePay
-Perform monthly analysis and discuss the forecast with the related stakeholders
Demand Management:
-Develop and run end-to-end experimentation to identify the most effective pricing and incentives strategy
-Critically evaluate and define business metrics; develop an analysis that leads to actionable insights to support the continuous optimization of incentives and marketing strategy
Supply Management (Merchant-focused):
-Work closely with Business Development team in order to come up with initiative to maximize merchant revenue and number of transacting merchants
-Develop and run end-to-end experimentation to grow revenue and transacting merchants, including scaling up successful experiments
Project & Competitive Intelligence:
-Lead development of multiple strategic projects
-Doing regular competitor stats benchmark analysis to support business growth
Anti Fraud and Health Analytics:
-Develop a strategy and analysis based on data to identify the most effective way to preserve the quality of users and identify fraudulent pattern or behavior within the platform
-Preparing detailed decks and reports pertaining to planning and operational metrics
-Produce reports to update management on the progress of fraud cases and platform health or quality
Requirements:
-2+ years experience on growth/financial planning and analysis roles
-Strong in problem solving, analytical skills, and also strong business acumen
-Experienced in financial modeling
-Exceptional attention to detail
-Strong leadership skills; strong analytical & logical reasoning skills
-Good communication skills
